Well, it wasn't much of a surprise to Shea, more than an annoyance. Even with the fact that she'd agreed to stay, it didn't mean she was especially thrilled with the idea of some parasitic thing living inside of her. It wasn't anything she couldn't handle. She'd just have to get her hands on those things she'd heard about -- the stuff that could speed this shit up.
Guess she'd deal with that after grabbing a bite to eat...
A long, yet barely audible, sigh broke out as she rounded a corner. With her eyes firmly resting on the ground, she wasn't paying any attention... for once. After bumping into the opposite body, she initially released an annoyed grunt, a sharp golden-colored gaze resting on the other person's face. For just that split second, she possibly looked ready to kill that person... but it quickly faded as she released a calming exhale.
It was after forcing a smile, she lifted a hand and patted their head (if it felt condescending, that was because it totally was), "Oh, well. It was probably more my fault than yours, anyway..."
Cravings
Being pregnant sucked just as much as she'd always assumed it would. Not only was looking into the mirror a total nightmare, but it felt like she'd never stop wanting to eat. Food had become the center of her fucking world in what felt like no time at all. There was some mushy crap -- ice cream, apparently -- that she couldn't seem to stop thinking about, and damn if she didn't want to murder the asshole responsible for her discovery of it...
Of course, there was something she wanted more than ice cream...
The one thing she'd been unable to stop thinking about, even more so than with food: she wanted sex. At the point she'd reached, she didn't even care who it was with... only that they were pretty to look at. Whether they were caught looking at her, or not, someone would be getting approached.
Chin held high, arms crossed, the white-haired young woman's posture practically demanded that all attention go right to her. Shea's tone wasn't much better as she asked the random stranger, "Busy?"
