A. Welcome to The Ship

Arriving to the ship for the first time can be disorientating, but there are maps everywhere. A good night's sleep must have been had, because you woke up feeling fantastic. Feel free to check out the shops or restaurants... Or maybe you'd rather go for a walk around the beautiful Biodome! Whatever you decide to do, it's sure to be enjoyable.

Perhaps you woke up here already pregnant... Better check with your scientist before heading off through the ship, since your health is very important to them.

B. Surprise!

You didn't know it before, but you're now officially pregnant. What are you pregnant with? Another member of the ship's child? An alien? A monster? Whatever it is, you're going to have to explain to someone (maybe your best friend... maybe more) that you're pregnant now, and that's bound to be an interesting conversation... Good luck.

Of course, if you're really unfortunate, you might be going through a very fast nine hour pregnancy. Did you just grow bigger right in front of someone's eyes?

C. The Pregnant Life

Things certainly seem to be improving now that you're pregnant. Shops are more willing to help you and people are generally nicer. There's even that stranger who's been making eyes towards you. Well, hey, you're already knocked up with whatever's inside, so might as well go off and have some fun if that's your thing.

D. Cravings

Now you're craving something. Is it food? There's plenty of places to get food.

Something to do? Plenty of things to do around the ship! Maybe get a part time job until the baby's born?

Someone to do? Well, no one's saying you can't offer yourself up. After all, there's always someone interested in the pregnancy experience.

E. The Baby's Coming

You've got another issue to deal with now. You can feel it happening, the thing moving through your body. One small problem, though? You're not anywhere near the scientists. So someone else has got to help you out.

Better go quickly, seems like this one is moving very fast.

Kain grunted as he woke up, trying to pull his memories back together. Despite his protests he was put under for this particular procedure, "For his own safety" he was told. More than the fact that his belly was now swollen to size he was angry at being put into such a vulnerable state.

The doctor seemed a bit nonplussed, "My apologies, but we needed to do it to make sure that the eggs would be transplanted safely."

"Eggs?" Kain's voice was harsh but his anger wasn't strong enough to drive him reaction. He remained sitting at the edge of the recovery bed, glancing at the others in the room on other beds.

"Yes. We found you were a good choice to bear carry dragon eggs but the oviposition can be...traumatic the first time around. We won't have to do it next time. My apologies, I thought that was made clear to you."

Kain looked down at his belly, running his hand over it. He was just now becoming aware that there was the faint sensation of multiple things within his swollen belly at the moment.

Kain grunted, leaning against the wall. The hospital gown he was wearing left him feeling exposed, and this was a pain that his battle training had never prepared him for. His hand clutched at his belly, bigger than it was before. He'd not expected the dragon eggs to get bigger, but they had all gained size during their development. "Nghhh, it's time..."

"You'll get used to it," A female voice offered from a nearby bed. On the bed lay a woman. Or rather, a woman from the waist up and a snake from the waist down. Her human abdomen showed a bump where an egg might be, and the first bit of her snake body seemed a bit distended as well, though not as noticeably.

"Eggs are easier, at least. You push the same shape out as in, and then they hatch on their own outside your body," she assured him, but paused thoughtfully. "Well... usually."

The woman lowered her snake half to the cold floor, wincing a bit at the temperature as she righted herself and moved gracefully towards the other man. "We'll have a brood together," she teased, running a hand over the round shape of her abdomen.

At first sight of the woman he nearly jerked away. The sight of a lamia or something of the like was enough to elicit a fight or flight reaction. Fortunately he was fast enough to calm himself again before his pregnant body transferred his reaction to other physical responses. Rather, it was the pain from his sudden movement that had him calming, and his hand touched to his belly.

"Perhaps, but it's not something my body was originally designed to do." He edged away slightly as she made her advance, but she was much more used to moving in this condition than she was and most all he could do was remain on the bed as he clutched his belly protectively.

"You....are you carrying the same eggs as I am?"
